Licence of category dogs

The Act of 20 June 2008 requires owners of dogs by category 1 and 2 to be in possession of a permits of detention Since 1 January 2010.

In order to obtain this permit, Masters must undergo 2 obligations :

• behavioral Assessment their dog, performed by a licensed veterinarian (feasible in the clinic of La Gaude), for assigning a risk estimation bite 1 to 4
• Certificate of attendance a training course on canine behavior, validated by a certified educator

Once these 2 formalities completed, the owner needs to go to the town hall or municipal its common policy, which assigns a permits of detention.
