CASTRATION

We realize the castration of horses from the age of 18 month.

The standard must be examined by the intervener before the operation to verify that the testes are well let down, and that there is no contraindication to the intervention.

As a general rule, the horse remains Standing during operation, but we also can iperate on lying horse, for special cases (hernia, Cryptorchidism…).

The veterinarian manages anesthesia, the pain (surgical analgesia perished and post), and the risk septic (antibiotics and anti-tetanus serum)
