Any breeder must fight his cows parasites. Their presence, quantity moderate, is normal, However it should be limiting their number and their impact on the production of livestock.

Indeed excessive parasitism can penalize performance:

• Poor performance zootechnical:

– decrease of the ADG or milk production

– increase in pathologies

• Poor performance economic:

– Direct costs = cost of wormers

– Indirect costs = loss of profits

We offer you to help you master your herd parasitism.

Egg of Ostertagia (Digestive redworm)

We make you one parasitic audit, in order to understand your livestock in a personalized way parasitism and so, minimize the impact on the performance and optimize the use of the pest control.

This service includes:

– One visit your livestock

– One Personalised study (approach by lot and parcel)

– 5 blood + analyses of pepsinogen (enzyme digestive control of parasitic infestation) on the youth of 1st year

– The furnishing of a record with deworming schedule and prescribing any additional analyses.

Pricing: 200€HT the 1^era year by livestock, then 135€HT following years.

We also offer a parasitic consultation at the clinic:

– Exchange your practices and your results, and on the new land data and scientific advances

– Modelling parasite risk using computer software

– Submission of a report:

The price of this consultation is €45 HT.

We may carry out additional analyses to refine our diagnosis:

– Coproscopy to highlight coccidia, redworm, agents of lungworm.

– Highlighting of douves (1 serology tank +/- 5 blood) (env €70) or paramphistomes (5 individual coproscopy) (env. 60€): These analyses are optional , but mandatory if there is presence of wetlands in plots.
